Dear Sir,

When the Business has not Started: (P&L A/c have not
prepared)
These Expenses will be shown in first balance sheet
under the Head of Pre-operating expenses or
unallocated Pre-production expenses
when the business has started and the profit and loss
accounts are to be prepared
these expenses are capitalized according to the ratios
into plant and machineries and buildings etc. These
are capatalized according to the IAS 16 and Tr-21.
