If you are asking about SAP software than I can tell
what i know about it.
In easy way i can tell you that SAP is an Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) software. The basic motive
towards using this software develped by SAP Germany is
to integrate all the business applications within a
business environment. I can give you an example of any
company in Pakistan could use different software for
accounting, another for production planning and
recording etc. This SAP is meant to integrated these
so many funcitons into one software with only one
single database without duplicating the data anywhere.
There are different modules in SAP. for finanacials we
call it FICO, for materials management we call it MM,
production planning PP, sales and distribution SD.
This is a limited account of information what i know.
